At the Tour of Nilgiris (TFN), she is a core pillar of the working team—bringing infectious energy, sharp people management skills, and a deep understanding of partnerships and audience engagement. Her ability to align teams, inspire participation, and translate vision into execution has significantly enriched the TFN experience, making her an integral force behind the tour’s continued evolution and community impact.

Kishore brings over a decade of competitive cycling experience, establishing himself as a hardcore mountain biker and elite coach dedicated to nurturing athletes from grassroots to the global stage. A respected pillar of the cycling community, he has led impactful community-driven initiatives and played a key role in shaping major national and international racing events.

For over five years, Kishore has been an integral part of the TFN family, contributing across multiple roles—including Race Director—where he combines deep technical expertise with an unwavering passion for the sport.

A seasoned program and operations professional with over 13 years of experience across sports, education, and business management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Pine Labs, he brings strong expertise in project execution, stakeholder management, and the seamless delivery of large-scale operations.

He has been an integral part of the Tour of Nilgiris (TFN), contributing as a volunteer across multiple functions including support stations, route marking, operations, and hospitality. This hands-on involvement has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end event execution and participant experience.

Driven by a passion for sports and a strong operational mindset, he consistently contributes to creating well-coordinated and impactful events that leave a lasting impression.
