PRE TOUR BRIEFING

Dec 5, 2026,Saturday

Venue : 

  • Check In Time: 12:00 AM followed by Lunch and Registrations open for all  TfN2026 cyclists

  • 2:00-4:30PM: Registrations, goodie bag collection, baggage hand over to    TFN crew

  • 4:30-7:00PM: Pre tour briefing timing. We will take you through a full rundown of the tour and introduce you to the entire support structure.

  • 7:00PM: Dinner and Disperse

  • Please Note that there would be no Bus transport To & From Bangalore-   Mangaluru

FLAG OFF

Date: Dec 6, 2026, Sunday

Venue :  

  • Rider Check In Time: 05:00 AM (compulsory cut off)

  • 5:00-6:00 AM: Bib Tagging. No goodies bags would be given

  • 5:30AM: Breakfast Counter Opens

  • 6:00AM: Flag Off Ceremony starts

  • 6:30AM: Flag Off of 16th Edition of Tour of Nilgiris

  • Luggage handover Option 2:Drop off at luggage counter latest by 5:00AM – Luggage truck leaves before hand by 5:15AM.
